Health Breakfast Boost!

There is no time harder to work out than the morning, and more often than not this can leave you feeling exhausted for the rest of the day. Try out this breakfast recipe that will give you the extra boost in the morning as well as keep you fresh and energised for the day ahead!

This simple but delightful combination of eggs, avo and toast will set you skipping out the door to work!

Ingredients:

2 eggs (Poached)
2 slices of rye bread (toasted)
1 avocado
1 teaspoon lime juice
Additional: Sea salt & black pepper (Parsley – optional for topping)

Instructions:

1) Prepare toast and poached eggs to personal preference.

2) Peel and mash avocado with the lime juice, salt and pepper.

3) Spread avocado evenly on each slice of toast then top each with poached eggs and additional seasonings you prefer. Serve immediately.
